When you order a product from the Gemeentemuseum Shop, you will automatically receive an on-screen notification of the delivery charge.

Once you have confirmed the order, this delivery charge will be added to the bill.

The delivery charge includes an amount for shipping plus a handling charge.

You can choose any of the following methods of payment:

iDEAL
iDEAL is a safe and extremely easy way of paying for your online purchases if you have a Dutch internet banking account. You simply pay on the site of your own bank using all its usual security mechanisms. Providing you are already an internet banker, you can use iDEAL immediately, without having to register in advance.

Bank transfer
If you prefer to pay for your order via a bank transfer, you must transfer the full amount to the Gemeentemuseum immediately, using the information on your order confirmation. You will not receive an invoice. Your order will be dispatched once payment has been received.

PayPal
PayPal is a safe way of making online payments but you do need to have an account with PayPal before you can use it. You can open an account with PayPal on www.paypal.com.
